How I got here

I’ve always been drawn to color and shape; anything visual that could be rearranged, explored, or turned into something new. When I eventually stepped into the world of television, that early curiosity came full circle. Working behind the scenes taught me how to pay attention to timing, subtle shifts in expression, and the little in-between moments that often tell the real story. Those lessons naturally followed me into photography, where I found a slower, more personal way to create.

Over the years, I’ve realized that what I love most about photography isn’t just making images. It’s getting to know the person in front of the camera. My time in TV showed me how to watch for honesty and emotion, but photography gave me space to pause and really connect. It’s become a place where creativity and people meet in a way that feels genuine and meaningful to me. Each session becomes an opportunity to step into someone else’s world, just for a moment, and see it with fresh eyes. That sense of wonder continues to drive my work today.

At the heart of my approach is the belief that the best photos come from genuine connection. My experience as a yoga teacher has become an important part of that process, allowing me to bring groundedness, calm, and presence into every session.
